2. In the "special instructions to seller" at checkout include the following info:
- Name(s) of coordinator / team
- Name of community
- Program Director name (this is who we will send a proof to for approval)
3. Please email a coordinator / team photo AND a black PNG version of the apartment community's logo to lifershop@apartmentlife.org. You will see a proof and final pricing before we print your order.
Description & Details:
This 8.5x11 is a flexible way to communicate with your residents.- Typically, this is something the coordinator will print 1 copy of and hang in a frame in the office.
- The smallest quantity we can print/ship for these is 25 for $32.50, but paper fluctuates in price, so that could vary slightly.

We will bill your division/metro directly.
We will email you a digital version (JPG and a print-quality PDF). If you are ordering printed copies from Apartment Life, they will drop-ship directly to the team. Turn-around time for printing is 2-3 weeks.
